We’re always training for a race and we realised, hey why don’t we train WITH people and guide them along the way as best we can. With that in mind we have created 8 Marathon Training plans for Spring/Autumn Marathons that are available here.

We have had in excess of 100 athletes in each of the first 4 Classes so far and there is no signs of slowing down. We’re in the middle of Class 4 right now with Class 5 signup opening on in October for the Early Spring marathons like Seville and Tokyo.

The Class 5 Plans will cost £70 plus tax for the Marathon but the value is not in the plans as such. Also there are now 3 ways join the Class! On top of that you’ll get entry in to a private facebook group with other runners training on the same plan (great accountability), you’ll get a weekly live YouTube check-in (and the opportunity to pre-submit any questions you might have and interact on the day) and a fully interactive and adaptable training plan. We have also set up Strava groups and are creating a full eco system for people who want to hang around after their first race is done.

Rather than send you a PDF file we’re creating the plans in google sheets so that we can continually edit, update and improve throughout the process so you’ll always have access to the latest information.

So for the cost of less than a Starbucks Latte per week, you get all of this. We really think we can help so many of you fulfil your goals.

HALF MARATHON PLANS - NOW AVAILABLE THROUGH MEMBERSHIP ONLY

A while ago we wrote 5 levels of Half Marathon plan to help so many who are not marathon runners or on a break. They were hugely successful in terms of helping but it seemed that those who purchased them weren’t really in need of the extra layers of support offered with the plans. So we scaled back the offering to just the plans and offered a discount. But now, we have a thriving membership community that is so affordable and offers what we think many plans don’t; community and accountability. In this digital age it’s all too easy to offer a plan, off of the self, and send runners on their way. But that’s not our style.

We have plenty of free Half Marathon (and other distance) plans on this website. But these particular plans are now available through our membership option. Members now have access to over 22 bespoke plans not available anywhere else. But we will always also provide those free plans so don’t worry. The membership costs is £15 monthly plus tax or £140 annually plus tax. Which is less than £5 a week. We think that’s huge value for what you get.

The plans are 13 weeks in length with a free (and optional) 4 week prep block if you believe you’re near to the starting criteria of a particular plan but just need a little extra time. These prep blocks should get you over the line and in to the plan.
